Should You Choose To Use Your Own Courier, We Have Enabled You Do So By The “Collect In Store/Use My Own Courier” Button At Checkout, Please also contact us so we can confirm the collection date & details. Please Note That Orders That Have Not ‘Cleared’ By Our Terminal Or That Have Not Been Approved By The Respective Payment Option Will NOT Be Released To The Courier For Collection.

Refunds, returns & exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any product, for any reason, you may return it for a refund of the purchase priceless, less 15% (handling fee), an in-house credit, or exchange for another product within a fair amount of time from the shipping date (usually 7 days). If your purchase was eligible for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your credit or refund.

If there’s a problem with your order, the first thing to do is contact us. We will take care of you, always. No matter what.

If you believe you’ve received a defective product, you can simply email us at …*insert email address*… and we’ll respond quickly with assistance. Please note shipping return costs will be dependent on the area you reside in and will be covered by the customer unless otherwise specified.

When requesting a return please email us at …*insert email address*..  to arrange for a collection. Next, to ensure your exchange or credit is processed as quickly as possible and to help you avoid a return adjustment, please follow the below checklist:

 

  • Items must be returned in the condition they were received, including all accessories, documentation, and packaging materials.
  • If your package was originally shipped double-boxed, please return the unit(s) double-boxed.
  • The product should be packed in the original product box.
  • Please use a shipping method that is trackable, such as reputable courier company.
  • Remember that if your order was shipped for free under a free shipping promo, the cost of outbound shipping will be deducted from your return credit.
  • We recommend that you insure your package when shipping back to us when purchasing your own shipping labels. Sometimes things get damaged en route, and if that happens, we want you to be covered.

Once we’ve received your return, we’ll make sure the goods are received in good order and process it as quickly as possible, but it can take 2-3 business days for the eft to be processed into your account. Please ensure you have emailed us with the correct banking details when requesting a refund.

PLEASE NOTE:

Refunds and exchange requests will only be accommodated within 7 days of purchasing the item provided that the original proof of purchase is retained and presented.

Requested refunds and returns will need to be verified and confirmed before validation.

A 15% handling fee will be charged on any refund requests

Refunds or exchanges will only be valid provided the item is in a new condition along with the original packaging and no damage is detected upon inspection.

Refunds are paid via eft only. No cash refunds will be issued.
